Arterial Introducer Set
Arterial introducer sets are used to place catheters in the vascular system.
They are developed especially for:
- Cardiologic and radiological applications, as the hemostatic valve minimizes the backflow of blood and the aspiration of air can be excluded to a large degree
- An exchange of catheters during examinations of the left heart chamber
- The introduction of bioptomes or selective catheters by means of a guidewire
FIELDS OF APPLICATION: - Cardiology
- Radiology
- Anesthesia
